2. Create and/or update file- and/or item-level descriptions in the Archives Catalogue.
   
   
   1. Refer to Section 7 of the University Archives Procedure Manual and the Access to Memory (AtoM) User Manual for guidance on creating archival descriptions in the Archives Catalogue and uploading "access copies." 
      
      
3. Attach "access copy" JPEGs to item-level descriptions.
